Account Info

If you created your account via our Android App or iOS App you may want to manage your data. By default your photos are only retained for 7 days after uploading. The app is published by Adventure Soup Inc.

To delete your account, and your data associated with it please:

• Send an email to info [at] picsaurus.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Be sure to include the email address you used to create your account. When you delete you account any links you sent to guests will also be deleted, and they will lose immediate access.
• We may retain some information in logs for up to 1 year for compliance and security. We may retain your login credentials and contact info. Any billing information will be retained for per our compliance policies.
• Any uploaded photos will be deleted within 30 days of closing your account.
